Any natural person using the LOWIS application.

Content

All information, texts, images, data that you submit through the application.

Access Conditions

To use LOWIS, you must:

check Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
check Provide accurate information during registration
check Not use the service for illegal purposes
check Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Description of Services

LOWIS offers the following services:

Nutritional tracking

Recording and analysis of your daily meals with macronutrient calculation.

Personalized plans

Meal programs adapted to your goals (weight loss, maintenance, mass gain).

AI Analysis

Automatic food recognition by photo and nutritional estimation.

Coaching

Personalized advice based on your progress and eating habits.

Subscription and Payment

LOWIS offers different subscription plans:

arrow_right Prices are shown including taxes and may vary by country

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refund: In accordance with regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for any new subscription, unless you have started using the service.

LOWIS is a nutritional tracking aid tool and does not constitute medical advice. The information provided does not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional. Before starting any diet or meal program, consult your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

LOWIS cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from the use of information or recommendations provided by the application.

User Content

By using LOWIS, you agree to:

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant LOWIS a non-exclusive license to use it within the framework of our services.

Intellectual Property

The LOWIS application, its design, features, and all its content (texts, images, logos, algorithms) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Organicare SARLAU or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

LOWIS strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of nutritional information. Our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription for the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages or data loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, especially in case of fraudulent or abusive use of the service. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Substantial changes will be notified to you by email or through the application at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the courts of Casablanca will have sole jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
